Do not deal with Simon Hempsey from Calgary Aberta Canada. He is a "RIP OFF". I posted an ad on Bens board looking for cases for my son. Simon nomis23@shaw.ca, (also goes by simon23), contacted my son, and said he had some that he would sell him. My son sent him a money ordered, which he cashed, and my son never recieved his cases. After numerous e-mails to him, which he never responded to, he finally recieved one, after I had put him on Ben's bad trader page. He told my son that his computer burned and caught his cellar on fire, his girlfriends grandmother died, and then she had a breakdown and he had to take care of her, then he couldn't find a box to mail them in, etc. etc. Finally, he told my son that he mailed them. He also said that he had checked with the P O and they went through customs on Dec 12th. My son's first contact with him was on September 20th. Almost 3 months, and still no cases!! To add salt to the wound, he asks my son to tell him who his favorite driver is and he will send him something for his screwup. All my son wants is his cases or his money back. No more lame excuses or unkept promises!! Once again, my son contacted him and asked him to send his money back, and he insists that the cases were sent and will not refund his money. So why is he not contacting the P O again and filing a complaint, and why is my son not given a tracking number. ANYTHING!! He also, contacted Ben and told him the same lies. I agreed to give him the benefit of doubt and to wait another week. That was over a month ago. Now I think he should be put on the Bad Traders page, and left there, so he can't screw anyone else. He has lied to us and he has lied to Ben. He is also, the one that put the post on the feedback page when Bens was gone last week saying "That while Ben is away he can safely say that everyone sucks." This just goes to show what kind of a person he really is. Just save yourself a headache and don't deal with this person. Ben works hard to make this board available for us to post our messages on. It's a shame that people like him try to ruin it. Pat

He had responded to one of my posts and we had agreed to a good trade for both of us. The deal was that we would both ship at the same time. I held my end of the bargain. I shipped my car with delivery confirmation, so, I know he's received my car. I emailed him several times and he never responded! I was even willing to give him the benefit of the doubt! I figured? Ok, maybe he's on vacation or something, but he never mentioned anything to me. Well, it's been 3 weeks and NOTHING! I was surprised to see that I even had someone here say that they've dealt with him before and never have a problem? All I can say is, Lucky You!! I gave him more than enough chances to settle up before I let him know that I'd write this post. If for some reason he does follow through? I will take this all back and clear his name, but until he does, he's NO GOOD in my book! Thanks Ben for the use of your board. Brian would seem to fit the bad trader profile gets the money cashes the check and doesn't send product nor does he reply to emails after a month of trying to find out if/when my items will be sent. I sent Brian $95 for some Ricky Rudd items back in september he cashed the check a week later and still has not made good on his end of the sell.

Just wanted to warn everyone again about Steve Norman in Old Lyme,Ct. He is a THIEF!!!! He has screwed about 4 or 5 of us now & I don't want to see that happen to anyone else here. He nailed me for a Jr. Wrangler elite & clear window bank so watch out for him. Of course according to him the cars have been mailed twice already but go figure, I haven't recieved them & he doesn't return emails!

Has anyone ever done any trading and/or business with ILUV2GO@AOL.COM?? I sent them a money order on the 17th of December, and I have not recieved one thing from them yet. They supposedly sent out my car on the 21st of December and I would think that it should have arrived my now, then it supposedly got lost in the mail, and we verified this around the 11th of January and they were supposedly supposed to send me a refund check, and it is now almost April and I have not seen a thing. It is strange how they could screw this up when there Ebay rating is over 300. Ohh well guess I am just letting off a little steam, but if anyone has done business with them let mw know please
